Under any condition you really want to interest in refund, this should be done as a hard copy written, electronic or physical. Refund will be made within 2 to 5 work days and we will deduct 8% handling fee and 4% vAT and make refund within 5 work days from day of solicitation to your local bank account.

If refund were to be made because of suspicious activities like payment from third party account(Payment not on your name used to registered on our website), the fund will be rejected and with a handling fee of 10% with 5% vAT . Except with a prior written notice to the customers support before making payment.We don't refund crypto or any e-currency sent to us.
